• How Can I Track My Order?

  You can use the track orders tab, shop app, or subscribe to our email list/messenger app

• How does International shipping work?

  For international shipping all books will be shipped together. Please place separate orders if you want books sooner then the latest release date. Ideally we can fit 5 omnibuses in 1 box for shipment. Please note Import/Custom duties may be charged by your country.

• My Tracking isn't updating

  Since we ship USPS by the truckload everyday our carriers do not scan the packages when they are received. Sometimes the first scan could be at your designated state which could protentional take up to 2 weeks.

• What if I have Multiple Pre-Orders in 1 order?

  We usually ship all Pre-Orders as they are released unless you are an international customer or use a "Shipittogether" code. If you are an International customer all Pre-Orders in your order will ship together. If a "Shipittogether" code is used, we will ship a minimum of 3 books at a time.

• When do Items ship?

  All In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours of placing an order. If using a coupon code containing "Shipittogether" we will ship a minimum of 3 books at a time. There are times we may ship 2 at a time for instance if a pre-order gets delayed for 2+ months. Back-Orders usually ship within 1-...
